It was time period that existed between 15 August 1947 and 26 January 1950. As per unofficial records 14 different types of pattern coins were minted during dominion of India.
Metal composition of these pattern coins were of : Nickel ,Brass , Bronze and Cu- Ni .

1. 1947(B) — 1/4 Rupee. Copper-Nickel.
2. 1947(B) — 1/2 Rupee. Copper-Nickel.
3. 1947(B) — Rupee. Copper-Nickel.
4. 1947(B) — Rupee. Nickel. Set
5. 1949 — Pice. Bronze.
6. 1949 — Anna. Copper-Nickel.
7. 1949 — 2 Annas. Copper-Nickel. Profile peacock left.
8. 1949 — 2 Annas. Copper-Nickel. Facing displayed peacock.
9. 1949 — 2 Annas. Brass. Proof
10.1949 — 1/4 Rupee. Nickel.
11.1949 — 1/2 Rupee. Nickel. Worker with finished background.
12.1949 — 1/2 Rupee. Nickel. Worker with plain background.
13.1949 — Rupee. Nickel. Standing figure.
14.1949 — Rupee. Nickel
As far as my knowledge above pattern coins are rare and not available easily
